Led design/build of the 367-room conversion of the landmarked 1918 Allerton House into Pod 39, developing construction documents, designing custom hardware and floor coverings, and preparing the Landmarks Preservation Commission approval with the expeditor. Scope extended to concept, space planning, and CDs for the 2,700 sf lobby restaurant, and the Pod prototype guest room that proved the concept.
